This man is a neighbour of Mitchell, George and Annie. Tully grabs his wife's as when she was putting out the rubbish. And when she tells Tully to piss off he says that there's plenty more where that came from. He adds that if she wants a bit of doggie style she can come by any time she wanted. She tells her husband about this and also says that Tully lifes in Mitchell's, George's and Annie's house. So her husband goes there and complains to Mitchell about it. He even hits Mitchell because he thinks that Mitchell is Tully.
